We are committed to becoming a leading automotive show that prioritizes environmental sustainability. With management practices that minimize environmental impact and promote responsible resource use, we have established clear policies and guidelines to create an environmentally friendly event and support sustainable development goals, as follows:

Reduce paper usage with a digital platform.

To reduce paper consumption and waste, the Bangkok International Motor Show has transitioned from traditional paper tickets to a mobile platform for registration and entry. Attendees can access event information, e-tickets, and other documents via smartphones, significantly reducing printing and paper usage. Furthermore, an application has been developed providing real-time information on schedules, event maps, and promotions, offering a convenient and environmentally friendly experience.

Campaigning for waste sorting and promoting the principles of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Within the event, we set up clearly labeled waste sorting stations to encourage attendees to separate waste into different categories, such as recyclable waste, general waste, and organic waste. Staff and volunteers were on hand to provide guidance on proper waste management. In addition, we collaborated with recycling partners to process recyclable waste appropriately and promoted the use of recycled products within the event, such as decorations and souvenirs, in line with the principles of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Promote the use of renewable energy to reduce air pollution.

The Bangkok International Motor Show aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and air pollution by incorporating renewable energy sources, such as installing solar power systems in parts of the event and using energy-efficient LED lighting in exhibition areas. Furthermore, the show features clean energy vehicles such as electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid cars, encouraging consumers and businesses to adopt more environmentally friendly technologies.

Create awareness and engagement among event participants.

We believe that sustainability can only be achieved through the participation of all stakeholders. Therefore, the Bangkok International Motor Show incorporates sustainability awareness campaigns into its activities, such as educating attendees about electric vehicles and clean energy, and encouraging environmentally friendly activities like distributing recycled souvenirs or holding competitions based on sustainability ideas.

  1. Promoting Safe Driving and Respect for Traffic Laws
    We educate young people through interactive learning zones, including safe-driving simulations and traffic law workshops, to instill road safety awareness from an early age.
  2. Creating Opportunities Through Creative Activities
    In collaboration with Fast Auto Show Thailand 2025, we organize the “Junior Racing Competition” to provide young participants with a safe environment to showcase their driving skills, while developing decision-making abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
  3. Supporting Communities and a Sustainable Future
    We provide knowledge about modern automotive technologies, such as electric vehicles, and support CSR initiatives including educational scholarships and safety infrastructure development, contributing to stronger and more sustainable communities.
